| James J. George, 80, formerly of Pearl River, died on January 11, 2010. Beloved husband of 53 years to Ann Marie (Spencer) George. Born on Sept. 8, 1929, to Rocco & Rose (Donohue) George. Loving brother to Carol Dutton. He served in the US Army 1951 - 1953 and was a 1956 graduate of Fordham University. Loving father of Donna Kastner (Bobby), Mark George (Michelle), Kate McCarthy (Jim) and Jen Gregory (Jim). Loving grandfather of: Chris, Nick & Charlie Kastner; Zach & Spencer George; Emily, Dan, Matt & James McCarthy and Gracie & Julia Gregory. Loving uncle to TJ, Audra, Kerry, Heather & L.J. Retired from Citicorp, New York, 1991. Member of Knights of Columbus. Visitation Friday, Jan. 29, 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the “Family Owned” Joseph W. Sorce F.H. Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, Jan. 30, 10:00 am at St. Anthony’s Shrine Church, Nanuet, NY. Internment St. Anthony's Cemetery.
